Pan fried Snapper with beans, tomatoes and asparagus

    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. Heat a pan on a medium heat.
    2. Dust fish fillets in flour.
    3. Drizzle a little oil into the hot pan and add the fish.
    4. Brush over the marinade during the cooking process,
    5. Cook for 2 minutes skin side down, then turn and repeat the process.
